In Q3 2017, capital values increased strongly. Excluding the effect of currency movements and acquisitions/disposals, the Fund’s portfolio value increased by 2.5% during the quarter.

Third Quarter Operating Results

Operating portfolio occupancy decreased to 94.7.%. Total leasing activity covered over 600,000 SQM.
